Besides posting on this website, I strongly suggest that you call your state’s Department of Insurance and ask how you can legally file a complaint against United Healthcare. The procedure is different based on the type of plan you have with them.
I HATE United Healthcare and their fraudulent business practices and hope that many people will read the complaints on this website.
My goal is to cause THE MAXIMUM DAMAGE POSSIBLE to United Healthcare in return for their brutal, inhumane and dishonest practices.
They refused to pay for my wife’s test results, valued at just over $1000, and ended up paying well over $5000 for an emergency visit because my wife’s condition worsened much faster than these ANIMALS could even begin to solve their billing issues.
I fought against them for months and won! These bastards ended up paying the cost of the initial tests my wife had as well as the emergency visit which resulted from the lack of timely test results.
UNFORTUNATELY, most people I have spoken to LOST their battles. I hope that will change as we all exchange our strategies and overcome the evil practices of UHC together.
